Continued from Part 1
When Brandon wasn’t working at his office, he spent at the businesses he owned. His businesses were somewhat successful and he met a lot of people. One day he met Audrey White, a much younger up-and-coming artist at his gallery one night and briefly considered pursuing her for a brief romance to rebuild his own damaged ego.
She was interested in selling her artwork through his gallery. Brandon couldn’t help but think that she was the most beautiful woman he has ever met and paid a little too much attention. However, by the end of the day, he simply returned home alone, her calling card in his wallet.
Meanwhile, Felicia May was at the mall shopping with her best friend Violette Leandres. Violette is a romance Sim and would always regale Felicia about her last WooHoo or men she found attractive. Felicia was amused but bored of it and would always remind Violette that she was still single. Even though she dated Komei Tellermen, she barely called it a relationship.
For the most part, Felicia just lived contently in her modern little condo. It was small..
She did a lot of work from home, researching and studying.
Her condo wasn’t much but it had a wonderful view.
Violette asked her about Brandon and Felicia reminded her that Brandon was already married. However, Violette heard from her friend Audrey that Brandon had just gotten a divorce. Felicia was upset to hear this and when she got home she thought about calling him.
Felicia invited Brandon over for dinner. Brandon sounded tired but he was happy to accept, as he needed the company of a good friend right now. They spent the afternoon walking through the neighbourhood while Brandon talked about everything. He wasn’t sure why he felt so open talking to Felicia… maybe it was her awkward jokes or the way she’d smile at him. That night in her small condo, she served up burgers… which definitely not the Lobster Thermidores that Abigail could make in a heartbeat.
She was a little embarassed by her poor cooking skills but Brandon reminded her that she could still beat him at chess. That night, the two friends fell in love.
And he stayed the night.
Brandon was excited about his new found relationship with Felicia. He knew he rushed things with Abigail, but he also knew that Felicia was far different. This time, he talked to his daughters about her and they both approved. Denise loved Felicia already and though Lydia loved her too, she was just happy to have her dad excited about something again. One day, Brandon invited Felicia to a night of fine dining with him and his daughters. It would be a fun way for her to get to know his daughters.
Felicia was nervous, as she hadn’t spent a lot of time with the girls. She wanted to make a good impression because she knew that they were important to Brandon.
They headed to the newly renovated Londoste, the most classiest and expensive restaurant in downtown Sim City. (Thank you KeikoYatamoto for building this lot!)
The girls knew what Brandon was planning so after a lovely dinner, they made themselves busy while Brandon stole away with Felicia outside.
Where he asked her to marry him.
He told her that his heart had been broken many times in the past. But this time he had Felicia who once again was able to help him heal and mend his wounds. He told her that she wouldn’t be getting much out of this deal except for a miserable old man who probably worked too much but that it would mean the world to him if she said yes.
And she said yes.
Their wedding was wonderful. Their neighbours were invited. Violette was Felicia’s maid of honour and Nick Tranh (who was the manager at the Bluewater Village Contempo Moderne) was Brandon’s best man.
By winter, Felicia and Brandon were settling nicely into their new lives together.
Felicia became pregnant with a daughter, much to Brandon’s delight. He was looking forward to having a new baby in their home. Being a doctor, Felicia already knew what to expect, but would still study and do research through her maternity leave. Still, she was able to head off the discomforts of pregnancy before it let her needs get in the red.
Before long, Felicia and Brandon’s new baby daughter, Tyler Markelly, was born.
Her two older sisters adored her. But unfortunately they weren’t able to spend much more time with her, as they both wanted to go to college and it was time. They grew well into attractive young ladies, both still maintaining their personal style.
Tyler grew into a toddler and it seems like she has her dad’s black hair and her mother’s looks.
Brandon and Felicia both doted on their little girl, but it sometimes was the butler’s duty to care for her when both her parents were away working, which they often did. Lydia visited frequently though to make sure her sister had company.
But Lydia and Denise will have challenges in college ahead of them. They will probably be the two new Tri Var sorority pledges so they may miss most of Tyler’s formative years.
Brandon is now a high paid business tycoon so he will now be concentrating on pushing his own businesses to level 10. Though he hadn’t thought of it in months, he was still interested in purchasing some of Audrey White’s art for his gallery. This time, his thoughts were strictly business, for now.
