Sibyll does love Wesley in her own way. Assuming that she did turn him (which is a fair assumption), we'll find out why and how and when in a later chapter. As for the Construct allowing Wesley to take the key, it does mention "I will only allow you to leave this room if you bring this Key to the Heir. Only you can do this now. Make the correct decision and you can take it." Despite Wesley's own indecision, the Construct already knows what he intends to do. Otherwise, it may not have let him leave.
Why is Meadow going to see Rowan... ;) We'll get more into their story definitely. As for Adrian, well, I hope he didn't disappoint you too badly. He's just like anyone else who has feelings for someone that may not be returned so things are a little disappointing for him right now. Hopefully Jasmine will sort him out. Maybe. >_>
As for Cecilia's ghost, also more on that eventually. There is a way to appease the ghost, we'll find out soon. Denise at this point has nothing to do with the ghost and you don't have to worry about something nefarious happening in Denise or her sisters' pasts.
